Information we may use

Website enquiry records
When you submit a contact, property-sale or finance enquiry, the information entered is transmitted securely to the website and stored in Wentworth's hosted enquiry database so it can be reviewed, followed up and retained as a business record. Please do not submit identity documents, bank statements or special-category personal data through an initial website form.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries; assess, structure and progress property-finance or property-sale instructions; introduce and communicate with relevant lenders, buyers, advisers and service providers; meet legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention and record-keeping duties; manage commercial relationships; and protect our legitimate business interests.
